August just flew by - are we the only ones? We blinked and the September Box was in our arms and in yours too hopefully (if it wasn’t, you can see all the spoilers in this piece and get your hands on the super exciting, super exclusive, SUPER HUGE Sober October Box)!
JOMO Club’s September 2021 alcohol-free spirit box brought a whole lot of flavour to members doors. The alcohol-free spirit prides itself on flavour and believes this should be at the forefront of any and every drink. We had perfect pairings with a simplistically delicious tonic and a few additional alcohol-free drinks to keep everyone going throughout the entire month (or maybe not if you’re as curious and eager as us)!

Crossip: Unapologetically Bold
September’s Box introduced Crossip’s Pure Hibiscus. A complex, bitter and bold non-alcoholic spirit. Opening with floral notes of hibiscus, cubeb and rhubarb, the body develops adding herbal bitterness to the fruit and florals. It finishes with wormwood and cayenne for a long after taste.
Carl Anthony Brown, Founder and pioneer of Crossip and their unique recipe has been perfecting the ultimate sensory experience with a non-alcoholic drink for five years now. Carl and the Crossip team believe ‘not drinking’ is not just a one-off, it’s a way of life, it’s about enjoying a drink, but also maintaining balance.

Twelve Below tonics are light without any aftertaste. Their natural flavours come through in both aroma and taste and do not overpower any spirit, but also are perfect as a standalone drink.
Twelve Below are all natural, low in sugar and great tasting inspired by natural flavours and the Chiltern countryside. All their mixers are under 2.5g of sugar per 100ml and less than 12 calories.
Twelve below recently launched their sparkling drinks range. After noticing a demand for delicious low sugar adult soft drinks, the two initial flavours were born; Elderflower & Lemon and Lime & Basil. One of these sparkling drinks were brought to members this month!

Bemuse flavours are based on traditional mead recipes. In addition to a social drink, Bemuse is an excellent accompaniment to a meal and can complement and even enhance your fine dining experience.

The Dandy Bee
This smoky, sophisticated tipple can be created in two ways: in a tall glass with ice and a straw for a long drink or in a short tumbler glass for a pre-dinner drink.
The JOMO Club September Cocktail of the Month, takes Crossip’s Dandy Smoke and pairs it with Bemuse’s Ginger & Cardamom Sparkling Mead for a complex cocktail with varying levels of depth. It definitely won’t be one to forget in a hurry and will be the talking point of your dinner parties.
