What was in the Dry January / Veganuary Box?
We have officially made it to 2022 everybody. Wishing you a very happy new year. If you are taking part in Dry January we hope you have already started experimenting with new flavours or if you are taking a more mindful approach to drinking this January it is still a great time to experiment with new flavours. When asking our members why they were taking part in Dry January this year, the number one reason was ‘Experimenting with new flavours without alcohol’ followed by ‘Looking to get healthy and be productive without alcohol’.
January has also welcomed the popularity of Veganuary with an increasing number of people turning to a plant-based diet for the month and beyond!
The JOMO Club January Box was crammed FULL of alcohol-free drinks and vegan snacks to celebrate both and to give members a taste of the alcohol-free and vegan life.
We hope we have made your January that little bit brighter, a lot more flavourful and you are walking into February with new ideas.

Bax Botanics
The January Box brought a full sized bottle of the award winning Bax Botanics. Now being served on Emirates Airlines and receiving a bunch of press including on ITV on Boxing Day morning, we knew this had to be the pick for the first box of 2022!
Sea Buckthorn is designed by nature from organic fair-trade botanics to give a flavour profile of herbs, berries and Seville oranges.

Sekforde were designed to unlock the flavour in your favourite drinks. Being low calorie, low sugar and 100% natural botanical, we chose two mixers for the January Box.
The Sicilian orange mixer complimented the orange in the Bax Botanics pairing perfectly and the aromatic raspberry brought opposite flavours pairing well also with Sea Buckthorn.
Used widely in many bars across the UK and stocked in Waitrose, Sekforde Drinks is a fabulous discovery.

January’s ingredient card and 20 page members magazine explained how best to use the products inside the box including pairing them together as perfect serves, the cocktail of the month and Dry January cocktail inspo. The magazine also had a number of articles including a piece from Club Soda, Veganuary and a real life journey which was told by @james_england_pt about his journey to sobriety.
