This non-alcoholic aperitif, crafted in Northern Italy is inspired by an original family recipe, reimagining a classic Italian bitter as an alcohol-free aperitif.
Natural botanical extracts and infusions, bring aromatic notes of bitter orange, gentian root, rhubarb and cherry for a pleasant, layered bitterness that adds depth and flavour. To finish, a touch of ginger and spice for length.
How to serve: in a wine glass topped with tonic water (or soda water) and a slice of lemon.
