Are JOMO Boxes Alcohol-Free? Yes. All our spirits are 0% alcohol. On the rare occasion, our boxes include a mixer or additional product which is 0.5%. This is the same as a ripe banana and legally classified as non-alcoholic.

Are These Products Safe To Consume During Pregnancy? Our boxes are alcohol-free and therefore safe to consume during pregnancy when it comes to alcohol consumption. Please however, like with anything, check the list of ingredients before consuming in case there is something you aren’t consuming in your diet.

Is This Box Vegan Friendly? Our drinks and snacks change every month, however are drinks are always vegan, and 95% of the time the snacks are vegan. As we grow, we are hoping to make this fully customisable to make sure your preferences reflect your box.

Is This Box Gluten-Free. 95% of the time our snacks and drinks are gluten-free. On the odd occasion, we will have a snack including gluten, however we always cram our boxes full so there isn't any missing out. 

When Will My Delivery Arrive? We aim to get our boxes to you within a few days. If you have a subscription, your next box will then arrive on the same date the following month. You will receive an email from JOMO & from DPD to say your box is on its way to be able to track this.

What Happens If I Go On Holiday? You can delay your box through the DPD tracking link or you can pause your box on your account.

Can I Pause My Subscription? Yes, absolutely. Whether you are going away or just have a few drinks to get through, you can pause on your account.

Can I See What's Inside The Box Before It Arrives? We surprise our members each month to a brand spanking new box at the beginning of the month. If your order comes our after the 1st week, then you will be able to see on our socials what's coming. So either look there or hide your eyes if you want a surprise.

How Do I Cancel? We hope you won’t need to cancel as you love your box so much, however if you do need to, you can log on to your account to cancel there.

What Is In My Box? Each month is completely different surprise (like Christmas every month). It always includes a full sized bottle of spirit, multiple mixers, garnishes, a cocktail of the month, ready-to-drinks, snacks and a 20 page magazine.
