Are JOMO Boxes Alcohol-Free? Yes. All our spirits are 0% alcohol. On the rare occasion, our boxes include a mixer or additional product which is 0.5%. This is the same as a ripe banana and legally classified as non-alcoholic.
Why Is This The Cost Of My Box? We are a small brand working with other small brands. We don't showcase large brands (think of alcohol-free versions of the alcoholic spirits you already know) who focus on profits, adding 'a' drink to their portfolio & often use inferior ingredients. We are about premium discovery bringing value through brands you won't find in the supermarkets, customised recipe curation & your monthly joyful ritual. If you aren't too bothered about discovery & drink quality, the club may not be the right fit for you.
Are These Products Safe To Consume During Pregnancy? Our boxes are alcohol-free and therefore safe to consume during pregnancy when it comes to alcohol consumption. Please however, like with anything, check the list of ingredients before consuming in case there is something you aren’t consuming during pregnancy.
Will My Boxes Be Vegan Friendly? Our drinks and snacks change every month, however we try to reflect our member lifestyles so our drinks are always vegan, and 95% of the time our snacks are vegan too.
Will My Boxes Be Gluten-Free. 95% of the time our snacks and drinks are gluten-free. On the odd occasion, we may have a snack including gluten, however we always aim to build the best value to ensure there are plenty of products for you to enjoy each month.
When Will My Delivery Arrive? We aim to get our boxes to you within a few days. If you have a subscription, your next box will then arrive on the same date the following month. You will receive an email from JOMO & from DHL with your tracking code to keep an eye on its journey. Any issues, we are always on hand to support.
Can I Add Another Subscription To My Current One or Another Product to my Upcoming Order? You can indeed. Add another subscription or a one off bottle order via your portal.
What Happens If I Go On Holiday? Your personal portal means you can manage your boxes anytime. Skip a box or pop it on pause while you are away.
Can I Pause My Subscription? Absolutely. Whether you are going away or have a few drinks to get through, you can pause until you are ready to return.
Can I See What's Inside The Box Before It Arrives? We surprise our members each month. Why? Often, we are told things wouldn't have been picked something up as members had a pre-conception of what it would taste like. These often become their new favourites! We encourage the surprise element, but if you really hate that, I would advise your box/payment coming out from the 2nd week of the month onwards. You can then keep an eye on our socials as to what is coming.
How Do I Cancel? We hate seeing our members go, but we understand things change. We will never make it difficult to cancel as we hope you will come back to us in the future - through your member portal you can make changes anytime including cancelling.
What Is In My Box? Each month is completely different focused on wonderful, innovative favours made by small brands. We encourage open minded discovery to maximise your time in the club.
