This sparkling honey wine is a naturally fermented blend made with delicate apple blossom honey from the English Orchard, fresh ginger, cardamom and zingy orange peel.
Tasting notes: Gentle & aromatic with some warmth of cardamom spice, a touch of heat from the ginger and invigorating hints of fruits and citrus. Elegant with a dry & zesty finish.
Serving suggestions: serve chilled in a champagne flute.
Food pairings: stronger cheeses, spicier & bolder dishes and roast/Christmas dinner.
