I'm Dreaming Of An Alcohol-Free Sparkling White - With JUKES

Q: Happy festive season!! Can we start by talking about what is in front of us today? Happy festive season to you, too! Today, we have our gold medal-winning drink: Jukes 1—The Sparkling White. It's the perfect festive choice for anyone looking to enjoy a celebratory sparkling drink, just without the alcohol. Jukes 1 has a complex recipe, drawing on tasting notes found in the world’s finest white wines that Matthew Jukes, founder of Jukes Cordialities, greatly admires. Jukes blends super-healthy organic apple cider vinegar with fruit, vegetables, herbs, spices and flowers to recreate these beautiful perfumes and flavours without any fermentation – hence, no alcohol!  Jukes 1 has a bright, citrusy profile balanced by subtle notes of stone fruit, cucumber and hints of spice, creating a beautiful, sophisticated experience.

Q: What is your favourite setting, occasion and way to enjoy Jukes Sparkling White over this festive period? My favourite settings to enjoy The Sparkling White are an evening at home when I want to unwind after a busy day or a large festive gathering with friends and family. It performs the task of relaxing the palate and raising your spirits, on account of the layers of refreshing fruit, inbuilt complexity and long, dry finish. Served chilled in a sparkling wine glass or over ice in a highball, it pairs perfectly with canapés such as smoked salmon blinis, fresh spring rolls or sushi. Q: Have you created a festive cocktail using The Sparkling White? Can you share it with us? Absolutely! One of my favourite festive cocktails with Jukes 1 - The Sparkling White is the “White Cranberry Mimosa”. Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:
- 1 can of Jukes 1 - The Sparkling White (chilled)
- Cranberries
- Optional garnish: Rosemary

Method:

1. Begin by placing a few cranberries in a glass and gently muddling them to release their flavour.
2. Pour Jukes 1 - The Sparkling White over the muddled cranberries, filling the glass.
3. Finish with a sprig of rosemary for garnish and serve.

Q: What food pairing would you recommend with this drink? Jukes 1 Sparkling White pairs wonderfully with light, fresh dishes. It’s ideal alongside a seafood platter, like oysters or smoked salmon, or a crisp salad featuring citrus dressing and shaved fennel. It also complements vegetarian options, such as grilled asparagus with lemon zest or a creamy goat cheese tartine.
