Alcohol-Free Cocktail Recipes

  • Alpenglow - New London Light

    50ml New London Light ‘Midnight Sun’, 15ml Lime Juice, 15ml Honey Water, 25ml Cranberry Juice, 3x Fresh Raspberries, 20ml Aquafaba or Egg White.

    Method:

    1. Pour Midnight Sun, lime juice, honey water, cranberry juice, raspberries and aquafaba to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.

    2. Now add ice to a shaker and shake hard. Strain into a tumbler over ice and garnish with raspberries.

  • Nordic Highball - New London Light

    50ml New London Light ‘Midnight Sun’, 15ml Lime Juice, 15ml Honey Water, 5 blueberries, Raspberry Dash Water.

    Method:

    1. Muddle the blueberries in a shaker and add Midnight Sun, lime juice and honey.

    2. Fill with ice and shake hard. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Raspberry Dash and garnish with 2x blueberries and a sprig of dill.

  • Smokey Spritz - CROSSIP Dandy

    25ml CROSSIP Dandy Smoke, 25ml Apple & Plum Cordial, 100ml Soda.

    Method:

    1. Add all ingredients to a glass. Fill with ice and gently stir.

    2. Garnish with an apple fan.

  • Mood-Enhancing Negroni - SENTIA

    30ml SENTIA, 25ml Monin Bitter.

    Method:

    1. Pour both ingredients over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.

    2. Stir and add burnt orange peel to garnish.

  • Mindful Mojito - Marie Laveau

    60ml MARIE LAVEAU, 30ml Fresh Lime Juice, 15ml Simple Syrup, 30ml Soda Water, 10 Mint Leaves.

    Method:

    1. Muddle mint, lime and simple syrup in a highball glass.

    2. Pour the MARIE LAVEAU and crushed ice.

    3. Stir and top with soda water. Garnish with a wedge of lime and mint.

  • Smoked Margarita - Fluere

    60ml FLUERE Smoked Agave, 25ml Lime Juice, 20ml Agave Syrup.

    Method:

    1. Shake everything over ice.

    2. Strain into a salt rimmed Margarita glass.

    3. Garnish with a lime slice on the glass.

  • The Bax Basil Smash - Bax Botanics Verbena

    60ml Bax Botanics Verbena, 8 Basil Leaves, 20ml Lemon Juice, 10ml Sugar Syrup.

    Method:

    1. Muddle the basil in a shaker and add all ingredients.

    2. Shake and strain into a tumbler over ice. Garnish with basil.

  • Coconut Raspberry Fizz - MYTH Coconut

    50ml MYTH Coconut, 100ml Raspberry Soda, Fresh Raspberries & Mint.

    Method:

    1. Thread 3 raspberries onto a sprig of mint.

    2. Pour the MYTH over ice and top with raspberry soda.

    3. Lay your garnish on top.

  • Paloma - Feragaia

    50ml Feragaia, 15ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice, Tonic Water

    Method:

    1. Add the Feragaia, grapefruit juice and a pinch of salt to a highball glass. Stir well.

    2. Add ice cubes and top with tonic water. Garnish with pink grapefruit

  • Fresh Pitcher - CROSSIP Fresh

    200ml CROSSIP Fresh Citrus, 650ml Watermelon Juice, 75ml Agave Syrup, 75ml Lime Juice.

    Method:

    1. Combine all ingredients into a pitcher with ice.

    2. Garnish with watermelon slices and serve with friends on a sunny day.

  • Vanilla Sour - Everleaf Forest

    50ml Everleaf Forest, 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice, 15ml Vanilla Syrup, 15ml Aquafaba or Egg White.

    Method:

    1. Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker.

    2. Strain into a short glass

  • Pink Lady - Lyre's Pink

    60ml Lyre’s Pink London Spirit, 30ml Cloudy Apple Juice, 15ml Pomegranate Syrup, 30ml Egg White or Aquafaba, 1tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

    Method:

    1. Shake with ice.

    2. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dried orange wheel.

  • Citrus Spritz - GIMBER

    30ml GIMBER, 40ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice, 15ml Spicy Syrup, 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice, Soda Water.

    Method:

    1. Add the GIMBER, pink grapefruit juice, syrup and lemon juice. Stir.

    2. Top with soda and stir gently.

    3. Garnish the glass with the roasted grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.

  • Alcohol free ruby spritz

    Ruby Royal Spritz - Wavelength Ruby

    4x Strawberries, 35ml Wavelength Ruby, 25ml Pentire, 100ml Sparkling Noughty or Bemuse Raspberry, 10ml Sugar Syrup, 1/2 Squeezed Lime

    Method:

    1. Muddle the strawberries in a cocktail shaker.

    2. Add the Ruby, Pentire, squeezed lime, sugar syrup & ice. Shake hard.

    3. Double strain the cocktail into a champagne flute. Top with bubbly.

  • Nogroni

    25ml Wavelength Ruby, 25ml Pentire, Orange Garnish

    Method:

    1. Pour into a mixing glass and stir for 20 seconds.

    2. Strain into a short glass with a large ice cube.

    3. Garnish with a wedge or twist of orange

  • Amaretto Sour - Rebels Amaretti

    50ml Rebels 0.0% Amaretti Spirit, 30ml Orange Juice, 20ml Lemon Juice.

    Methd:

    1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

    2. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a slice of orange.
