We’re kicking things off with a full bottle of Wilfred's, a British twist on the classic aperitivo. Using bitter oranges, rosemary and a touch of rhubarb, Wilfred's is wonderful complex with perfect length.

Serve it over ice in a wine glass with premium tonic water or soda water for a low sugar serve. Create a non-alcoholic Negroni or lift the bitterness with citrus based mixers.
