This beautiful Blanc De Blanc is carefully crafted from Chenin Blanc harvested at optimal ripeness. Aged with care, partly in large oak barrels from the Brouard forest. A sparkling expression of Chenin Blanc's purity.
Aroma: Pear, peach and green apple with subtle vanilla and caramel from oak aging.
Palate: Crisp bubbles, with delicate liveliness, generous length, and aromatic complexity.
Food pairing: Fresh white fish or lemon meringue tartlet.
